Fried meat cutlets in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

- 300 g of pork and beef;

- 1 onion;

- 2 potatoes;

- 1 chicken egg;

- 100 g breadcrumbs;

- a pinch of ground black pepper;

- 1 tsp without a hill of salt;

- vegetable oil.

If the minced meat is beaten off a bit, the cutlets will turn out to be more dense and elastic. To do this, drop it several times on a table from a height of 40-50 cm.

Rinse the meat, dry it, free if necessary from the films and cut into slices. Peel the onions and potatoes and cut them into quarters. Pass the prepared ingredients through a meat grinder. Add the egg, pepper, salt to the resulting mass and carefully mix the minced meat until smooth with your hands. Divide it into portions the size of a walnut, roll each into a ball, squeeze a little and roll in breadcrumbs.

Pour the vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, set the “Baking” mode and warm the container a little for 2 minutes. Put the meatballs in it, cover the dishes and fry the cutlets for 8 minutes on each side until a crust appears.

Recipe for fish croquettes in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

- 500 g of fish fillet (cod, tilapia, hake);

- 2 slices of wheat bread;

- 100 ml of milk;

- 1 onion;

- 30 g of butter;

- 1 chicken egg;

- 100 g breadcrumbs;

- 1 tsp without a hill of salt;

- vegetable oil.

Fish cutlets will be tastier and more tender when processed with chilled fish. In particular, rinse the meat grinder knives with ice water before use.

Make minced fish fillet. Soak the bread in milk, add it to the fish and mix well. Free the onion from the husk, chop finely, lightly fry in butter and mix with the cooked mass. Pour in the egg, salt and stir. Place the minced meat for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Form the patties and cover them with breadcrumbs. Launch the “Baking” mode in the multicooker, pour vegetable oil into it and wait a couple of minutes to warm it up. Dip the fish balls in it and fry for 20 minutes on one side without a lid, then turn the meatballs over and cook them for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Delicious crispy croquettes are a great way to feed your child a fish dish.
