You will need
- - 600 g of pork,

- - ground black pepper to taste.

Diced peeled onions. Sauté the onion cubes in the warmed vegetable oil until golden.

Rinse the meat, cut into small pieces. Put the meat in a pan to the onion, fry a little.

Peel the pumpkin, cut into small pieces and put in a blender bowl, chop until mashed. If desired, gourd can be grated. Grind the cloves of garlic in any convenient way, grate the ginger.

After the pieces of pork "seize", add the pumpkin to them, mix. Season with chopped garlic, ginger, tomato paste, salt and pepper.

Pour boiling water over the contents of the pan, mix, cover, simmer for half an hour on low heat. During this time, the meat should become soft.

Sprinkle pork with lemon juice a few minutes before the dish is cooked, mix, then darken under the lid.
