For every New Year I want to cook something hitherto not done. You can put on the table salad "Clock", on the surface of which there is a dial. Choose one of the two recipes that you like best.

Chicken Liver Salad
Salad is quite light, hearty and healthy. You will cook it if you purchase the following products. Here's what you need:
- 400 g of chicken liver;
- 70 ml of vegetable oil;
- 2 onions;
- 150 g of pickled champignons;
- 400 g of potatoes;
- 150 g pickled cucumbers;
- 70 g of walnuts;
- 100 g of mayonnaise;
- 50 g of hard cheese;
- 2 sweet peppers for decoration;
- ground pepper, salt to taste.
First of all, rinse and boil the potatoes directly in the peel. Then cool it, clean the "uniform".
Peel the onions, cut into strips. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, fry the onions until transparent. Make the fire minimal, lay out pieces of the liver. Fry them until cooked under a closed lid, remembering to stir. Salt, pepper, mix and cool.
Grind nuts with a knife. Cut each mushroom into halves, rotate them 90 degrees, chop thinly in the form of plates. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes. Chop the potatoes in the same way.
Put all the prepared components of the salad “Clock” in a deep dish, add mayonnaise, mix.
Put the salad in the shape of a round clock on the dish. In the middle, place a plate or lid of a smaller diameter. Sprinkle the edges with ground nuts. Remove the lid, plate and sprinkle this surface with grated cheese.
Cut red pepper into thin strips. Put them time stamps. From the stripes of authenticity or two connected together, make the arrows on the dial. A clock-shaped salad can be served immediately.
