Casserole made of horns is a very tasty and satisfying dish that can be prepared by your family for breakfast. The dish can be consumed both hot and cooled. You can take a piece of casserole with you to work and have a snack for a mid-morning snack.

You will need
- - 300 g of horns;
- - 400 g of pickled mushrooms;
- - 200 g smoked sausage;
- - 3 pcs. the eggs
- - 200 ml of cream (or sour cream);
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - 1 tbsp melted butter;
- - breadcrumbs.

Pour water into a saucepan, salt and let it boil. Pour in the horns, add vegetable oil and cook for 5 minutes. Fold the horns in a colander and rinse with cold water.

Grease the prepared form with oil. Cut the mushrooms into slices, sausage in small pieces, as in olivier.

Mix the horns with mushrooms and sausage, evenly distribute in the form.

Prepare a dressing. Combine milk, eggs, whisk with a mixer. Add pepper, salt (you can use spices for pasta) and pour the mixture into the dish with this mixture. Top with breadcrumbs and pour the casserole with melted butter.

In a preheated oven (up to 40 degrees) place the mold and bake casserole from the horns for about 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish on top with fresh dill.
Useful advice
Hard cheese grated on a coarse grater can be added to the casserole.
