Instruction manual

1

Choose one of two ways to make delicious semolina porridge. The first way is good for feeding children, and the second for adults.

2

The first way: Take a stainless pan, pour cold water on the bottom (use cold water so that the milk does not burn). Then pour the milk into the pan and then put on fire. Bringing the milk to a boil, constantly make sure that it does not run away. While the milk has not yet boiled, pour the right amount of semolina and sugar into separate containers. As soon as the milk boils, turn down the heat, and, stirring constantly, add sugar to the milk in small portions. After sugar, take semolina. It is necessary to pour it in a thin stream, so that in the end the porridge turns out without lumps. Based on convenience, semolina can be emptied through a sieve. Mix it all with a fork. Cook semolina for 4-5 minutes and stir all the time. Porridge should turn out liquid and without lumps. After the fire is off, cover the pan with the porridge lid and let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Pour the cooked porridge into plates, put a piece of butter on top.

3

Second method: Take a wide-frying pan. Heat the semolina in butter in a skillet until a slightly yellow color appears, do not let it burn. Pour semolina in a pan, quickly begin to stir and let it boil for 2-3 minutes. Then close the lid tightly and let stand until the porridge swells. Such semolina turns out to be very tasty and more reminiscent of the one that our grandmothers cooked. And these ingredients are enough for three people.
