  • - sugar 200 g

  • - butter 200 g

  • - eggs 5 pcs.

  • - sour cream (fat content 15%) 500 g

  • - flour 350 g

  • - baking powder 3 tsp

  • - cocoa 4 tbsp. spoons
  • For cream:

  • - sour cream 400-500 g

  • - sugar 150 g

  • - vanilla sugar 2 tsp
  • For glaze:

  • - butter 100 g

  • - milk 5 tbsp. spoons

  • - sugar 6 tbsp. spoons

  • - cocoa 5 tbsp. spoons

Grind sugar and butter well. Then add eggs, sour cream, baking powder and flour. Mix everything thoroughly and knead the dough. It should not be thick.

The resulting dough must be divided into two identical parts. In one of them you need to add cocoa, thereby giving a chocolate look.

For baking, it is best to take a round forum and grease its bottom and sides well with vegetable oil. In the middle of the dishes put 2 tbsp. tablespoons of dough are dark in color, and on top - 2 tbsp. spoons of light color. Continue alternating the dough of two kinds until it ends. The mass should spread and fill the entire diameter of the mold.

Bake the cake for about 35 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.

To prepare the cream, beat sour cream with two types of sugar - regular and vanilla.

Cut the finished cake into two equal parts horizontally.

Grease the bottom cake with plenty of cream and put the second cake on top. This is done so that the cake is better saturated and not dry.

Cooking the icing. Melt the butter over a fire. Add milk, cocoa, sugar to it and boil all the ingredients until the mass begins to thicken.

Pour the cake with the obtained glaze and decorate to your taste, for example, sprinkle with powdered sugar and add slices of fruit.
