- For yogurt sauce: 1 glass of yogurt, 2 tablespoons of ground walnuts, 3 cloves of garlic, spices: paprika, tarragon, salt, pepper.

Dice vegetables. Lubricate the walls and bottom of the iron with vegetable oil and heat it on the stove. We lay carrots, tomato and pepper, pour a quarter glass of water, simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add zucchini and eggplant (we don’t add water!), Salt and pepper to taste. Stew until fully cooked. Let the vegetables cool.

Cooking the sauce. Squeeze the garlic, mix with salt and add to the bowl with yogurt. Pour nuts and spices there, mix everything. Pour the finished vegetables with sauce and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. The dish is ready. It remains only to warm it up. Bon Appetit!
