Chocolate mannik is different from regular chocolate by adding cocoa. The recipe is simple. The pie turns out to be unusually fragrant and very tasty.

You will need
- The main ingredients:
- - semolina (1 glass);
- - kefir (1 glass);
- - sugar (1 cup);
- - flour (1 cup);
- - butter (100 grams);
- - cocoa powder (3 tablespoons);
- - soda (1 teaspoon).

- - vanillin (to taste);
- - chocolate (to taste).

Take a large container and pour kefir (1 cup) semolina (1 cup). Stir and let it brew for 30 minutes (maybe less).

The second step is to add pre-melted butter (100 grams is half a pack) and mix.

Add sugar (1 cup), flour (1 cup), soda (1 teaspoon), cocoa (3 tablespoons). Mix thoroughly. The dough is thick.

If desired, you can add vanillin to the dough and crumble the chocolate to taste.

Prepare the mold for baking: grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with semolina. We spread the dough into a mold.

We bake a cake in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees. Baking time: 30-40 minutes, until the cake is baked.

We give the finished manna to cool a little, remove it from the mold and serve it to the table.

Regular sugar can be replaced with brown or fructose if desired.
Useful advice
You can check whether the pie is ready or not, using a match: pierce the pie, if the dough does not remain - the manna is ready.
