"Nests with fish" is a versatile dish that is suitable for breakfast, a picnic or just as a snack on the festive table. Nests are prepared on the basis of a loaf.   • - milk 500 ml

  • - cheese 150 g

  • - vegetable oil

  • - mayonnaise

Finely chop the fish, onion and herbs. Combine these ingredients together, mix, add a little salt and pepper.

Grate the cheese.

Cut the loaf into slices. Each slice should be at least 2 cm.

Each slice is dipped in milk, and then slightly fried on both sides in vegetable oil.

Cover the baking dish with foil (baking paper is also suitable). Lay out the bread. Take the crumb of each piece with your fingers, thus making a small depression.
