Well-washed beans, pour cold water and leave for 6 hours. Then drain the water, pour the beans into the pan and pour fresh water. Cook for 1.5-2 hours until cooked. Then add salt and remove from the stove, let stand in salt water for 15-20 minutes. Then drain the salt water.

Fill the beans with water and set to boil. While the beans are being cooked, boil the meat separately until tender. Remove from water, let cool. Cut the meat in portions.

Fry the bacon cut into strips over low heat. Add the onion sliced in half rings and, stirring constantly, fry the bacon until crisp, then add the finely chopped garlic.

Use a slotted spoon to pick the onion, garlic and bacon from the pan, lay and fry the meat in the same oil.

Drain the beans and combine all the ingredients in a pan, add the tomato sauce and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped greens before serving.
Useful advice
In the preparation of this dish, you can use not only white beans, but also colored beans. Thanks to colored beans, a unique "highlight" in this dish will appear.
You can add bay leaf at the end of cooking.
