For a light snack, serve a mixture of fresh lettuce leaves with corn, sesame seeds and garlic dressing. It should be accompanied by fresh grain bread and well-chilled white wine.

You will need:

- 100 g of Chinese salad;

- 100 g of freeze salad;

- 250 g of canned corn grains;

- 1 teaspoon of sweet mustard;

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- 1 teaspoon of sesame;

- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar;

- salt.

Rinse and dry the salad. Pour it into small pieces and put in a bowl. Drain the liquid from the jar with corn, mix the grains with the salad.

Chop the garlic, mix it with olive oil, mustard, wine vinegar and salt. Beat everything in a homogeneous mass and fill it with salad. Sprinkle the finished dish with sesame seeds.

Instead of vinegar, you can add freshly squeezed lemon juice to the sauce.

Canned corn soup

Try a delicious bright yellow canned corn soup with shrimp. The delicate taste of seafood perfectly sets off the light sweetness of corn kernels.

You will need:

- 500 g canned corn;

- several large peeled boiled-frozen shrimps;

- 1 glass of cream;

- 1 onion;

- 2 potatoes;

- butter for frying;

- salt;

- freshly ground black pepper.

Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes. Fill it with water, salt and cook until half cooked. Then drain the liquid from the corn can and add the grains to the pan. Peel, chop and fry the onion in preheated butter. Put the onions in the soup, cook for a couple of minutes.

Pour the soup into the bowl of the food processor and mash it. Return the mixture to the pan, pour in the cream and heat, not boiling. Salt and pepper the soup to taste.

Pour shrimp over boiling water for 10 minutes. Then drain the water. Before serving, add a few shrimp to each bowl of soup. Serve homemade croutons or fresh white bread separately.

Corn fritters

This dish can be a great side dish for fried chicken fillet or grilled legs. Separately, you can serve a vegetable salad. Fritters are also tasty as an independent dish - serve them with fresh sour cream or cream sauce.

You will need:

- 500 g canned corn;

- 1 hot red pepper;

- 1 cup of kefir;

- 2 cups of wheat flour;

- 1 egg;

- salt;

- 1 teaspoon of soda.

Pour kefir into a deep bowl, add a slightly beaten egg, salt and soda to it. Mix everything and add pre-sifted flour in portions. Then put canned corn in the dough and mix the mixture until completely homogeneous. Peel hot peppers, finely chop and add to the dough.

Before placing the dough in a pan, mix it - the grains settle to the bottom of the bowl.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan. Spoon small portions of the dough with a spoon. Fry the pancakes until golden brown, gently turn them over to the other side and continue cooking. Check the degree of baking of products by piercing them with a fork - there should not be traces of dough on the teeth. Put the finished pancakes on a plate and keep warm until served.
