Initially prepared marinade. To do this, garlic is cut into thin slices, and rosemary (fresh) - very finely. If the seasoning is dry, take half a teaspoon. Garlic, seasoning, salt is placed in a bowl, juice from half a lime is squeezed. Everything is shaking. A couple of tablespoons of olive oil are added. The marinade dressing is ready.

A sheet of foil is placed on a baking sheet. The fish should be put in the middle. 3-4 oblique incisions are made on fish cleared of scales and viscera. In each incised place, a dressing of garlic and rosemary is laid. Small lime slices are added there. The fish is generously watered with marinade. The edges of the foil are slightly raised so that the juice does not flow out onto the baking sheet. Fish should be baked in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Ready-made aromatic dish can be served with mashed potatoes in a hot form.

Meatballs from fish

It is difficult for children to eat fish because of the bones in it. Therefore, they often simply reject it. The recipe for fish meatballs allows you to cook a delicious boneless dish that kids can enjoy.

Essential Ingredients:

- 800 grams of any low-bony fish or fish fillet;

- 100 grams of white stale bread (without crust);

- 4 onions;

- 1 raw egg;

- 4 tablespoons of raw milk;

- 2 tablespoons of flour (any);

- 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil (for frying).

Fish is freed from the ridge and bones. If there are scales, it can be removed directly from the skin. Stale bread must first be soaked in milk. Then, in a meat grinder or using a blender, grind fish fillet, onions and pressed bread.

Salt a little and pepper the minced fish, beat the raw egg into it and add the milk left over from the soaking of the bread. Beat the mixture well until magnificent.

Form small balls from the finished mass and roll them in flour. Pour vegetable oil into a hot pan, heat and lay meatballs for roasting. Brown them on all sides. Put in a separate pan with red tomato sauce and simmer for about ten minutes.

Minced fish can be prepared from capelin. You do not need to remove bones from it. Only remove the head and entrails. Tender bones are well ground and not felt at all.
