  • Chicken Egg - 3 pcs.
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Dill - 0.5 bunches
  • Parsley - 0.5 bunch
  • Butter - 25 g
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon

Cooking method:

  1. We wash the chicken hearts and fill with cold water, set aside.
  2. Cut the onion into thin half rings, crush a little, salt. Mix with finely chopped parsley and dill. Pour 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil and mix everything thoroughly. Leave this mixture for a while so that the products "make friends with each other."
  3. I thoroughly wash the potato with a brush (since we will not clean it) and dig out the eyes, if necessary.
  4. Cut the potatoes into slices 3-5 mm thick and fry in 2 cl. tablespoons of olive oil until golden brown. Do not salt. Put in a baking dish.
  5. Turn on the oven 200 degrees.
  6. My chicken hearts, remove the trachea. Dry the hearts a little and cut along.
  7. In the same pan where the potatoes were fried, fry the hearts and add chopped mushroom legs to them.
  8. In the form on the potatoes with the second layer we spread the pickled onions.
