Cauliflower has a lot of useful properties. Cooked cabbage in a slow cooker is very tasty and aromatic. A hearty casserole is suitable for a family dinner, as well as for a solemn feast.

You will need

  • - cauliflower 600 g;

  • - minced meat 200 g;

  • - tomatoes 2 pcs.;

  • - onions 2 pcs.;

  • - chicken egg 3 pcs.;

  • - sour cream 3 tbsp. spoons;

  • - hard cheese 100 g;

  • - vegetable oil 1 tbsp. a spoon;

  • - red ground pepper;

  • - ground black pepper;

  • - salt.

Wash cauliflower, disassemble for inflorescences. Pour 300-400 ml of water into the multicooker bowl, put the cabbage. Cook for 10-15 minutes in steaming mode.

Peel the onion, cut into rings. Wash the tomatoes, cut into circles. Add minced meat and salt and pepper. Pour the vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl.

Put onion rings on vegetable oil, on top with an even layer of minced meat. Lay the tomatoes on top of the meat, then the cauliflower.

In a bowl, beat the sour cream with eggs and salt. Pour the casserole with the mixture. Grate cheese, sprinkle on top of cabbage. Cook for 40-45 minutes in baking mode.

Choose cabbage with small inflorescences or cut each inflorescence into 2-4 parts. For minced meat, use a mixture of beef and pork.

Useful advice

To make the casserole more juicy, each layer can be greased with a small amount of mayonnaise. Salt and pepper each layer to taste. When the casserole is ready, sprinkle it with fresh chopped parsley and dill.
