  • - 3/4 cup sugar;

  • - 3 eggs;

  • - 50 g of white chocolate;

  • - 20 g of dark chocolate;

  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of semolina, butter, wheat flour;

  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cream;

  • - A pinch of salt, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar.

Beat the cottage cheese in a blender, add egg yolks, sugar, vanillin, butter, semolina. Beat until smooth.

Beat the whites with salt until peaks. Stir in the curd mass.

Take 3 tbsp. tablespoons of cottage cheese, add cocoa and flour, mix well, form balls and hearts.

Cover the baking dish with baking paper, put the curd mass on top. Insert the balls and hearts into the mass at different depths.

Bake dessert for 45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Cool in shape.

Melt the dark chocolate in a water jar, draw the circles and hearts on the baking paper with chocolate and let it harden.

Melt white chocolate, mix with cream. Cover the finished curd with white chocolate, decorate with circles and hearts of dark chocolate.
