You will need
- - 300 g of bacon;
- - 150 g of carrots;
- - 200 g celery;
- - 150 g of onion;
- - 600 g of potatoes;
- - 300 g canned beans;
- - thyme branches;
- - vegetable oil;
- - salt, pepper to taste.

Take care of vegetables. Finely chop the peeled onion, grate the carrots on a medium-sized grater. Peel potatoes, cut into cubes. Cut the bacon into medium pieces. Do the same with celery.

Cook the pot. Fry onions in vegetable oil. Add the grated carrots to the onion and fry everything. Put the diced bacon and celery into the fry. Everything should be fried for about 5 minutes.

Fill everything with water. Do not forget that you have soup, so there should be the right amount of water. Add prepared potatoes, peppers, salt to the soup. After 3 minutes, pour the canned beans, cook for another 3 minutes.

Throw thyme into the pan, the soup is ready, you can turn off the fire. Leave to infuse for 15 minutes, closing the lid, so it is better saturated with all the aromas.
