You will need
- For the test:
- 250 g flour
- 150 g butter
- 75 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 tsp cocoa
- For filling:
- 2 tsp carnations
- 400 g dark chocolate
- 300 g butter
- 90 g sugar
- 4 eggs + 6 yolks
- 150 gr nuts

Make the dough by mixing eggs, flour, sugar, butter and cocoa. Roll the resulting mixture into a tight ball, wrap it in foil and leave it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Put the oven 180 degrees, remove the chilled dough and roll it. Then, laying it out in a mold. pierce several times with a fork or knife, and then bake for 30 minutes.

While the cake is languishing in the oven, start making the filling: melt the butter, cloves and chocolate, then add the nuts (in our case, hazelnuts) and cool a little.

Beat the eggs and sugar and add them to the chocolate.

Pour the resulting chocolate mass onto the cake, evenly distribute and bake for 5 minutes.
Useful advice
If you want to get a pie with a liquid center, then you can immediately proceed to the pie. Or you can wait a couple of hours to thicken the filling.
