The first step is to boil the carrots. Cooking should take place in salt water. Along the way, you can cook the fillet in boiling water and eggs. It is necessary to cook hard boiled eggs. It is very important to find a balance and not make a mistake, because eggs are one of the main ingredients of the Tale salad.

When the carrots, fillets and eggs are ready, you need to tinker with them a bit. Chicken fillet must be sliced ​​very, very thin. Peeled carrots are best grated on a coarse grater. With eggs, things are a little more complicated. Three squirrels and one yolk must be passed in the same way as carrots through a coarse grater.
