Cooking:

  1. Millet groats should be sorted out, thoroughly washed and filled with clean cold water. It should be soaked for at least 60 minutes.

  2. Then apples should be prepared. To do this, they are washed, peeled and core removed. After that, the pulp is cut into cubes of a sufficiently small size.

  3. Next, you need to do the preparation of tomatoes. By the way, they must be ripe. You need to remove the peel from them first. For this, washed vegetables should be scalded with boiling water. After that, the skin is very easy to remove.

  4. Greens should also be washed and it is best to do this under running water. Then, using a sharp knife, it is finely cut. Salad leaves are best not to cut, but to tear with your hands.

  5. Washed bell pepper should be cut in half and remove the seeds with partitions. Then it must be cut into not very large pieces.

  6. Peel the garlic cloves and rinse them in running water. Squeeze the juice from the lemon. If you do not have a special device, then it is easiest to squeeze the maximum amount of juice if you roll it around the table.

  7. After all the products have been prepared, you can begin to prepare the salad itself. Take a salad bowl and at the bottom of it lay a few washed whole salad leaves. Then prepared millet groats are laid out on them (be sure to drain the liquid).

  8. All prepared vegetables, apples, herbs and garlic are sent there. Salad needs to be salted and gently mixed. Top it must be poured with freshly squeezed lemon juice. The dish turns out to be very fragrant and, despite such an unusual composition, very tasty and appetizing.
