  • - 100 g minced chicken

  • - 1 egg

  • - 5-6 slices of bread

  • - 1 glass of milk

  • - 100 g of cheese

  • - 1 large carrot

  • - 2 zucchini

  • - salt, pepper, spices to taste

Wash and peel carrots and zucchini. Cut them into cubes measuring 0.7-1 centimeter. Stew the vegetables in a pan, pre-lubricating it with vegetable oil. Stew should be over high heat until the liquid evaporates; do not allow the vegetables to be fried.

Soak the bread in milk for 10 minutes. Grind it without draining milk. It should be a liquid slurry. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater. Thoroughly mix ground beef and chicken, fried vegetables, canned peas, cheese, bread with milk and an egg. Add salt and spices.

Place baking paper on a baking sheet. Put the mixture on it. Form minced meat with vegetables roll. The diameter of the roll should not exceed 7-10 centimeters, otherwise it will not bake in the middle. Wrap the roll with the loose ends of baking paper. To prevent paper from opening during baking, roll should be wrapped with thread.

Warm the oven to 200 degrees. Put the roll in it and bake at the same temperature for 40-60 minutes. During baking, roll must be periodically turned over.

After cooking, roll should be freed from paper. It is served hot, cut into slices 1.5-2 centimeters thick.

Choose medium-sized zucchini, as there will be many large seeds in large ones.
