  • - Baton, but better baguette - up to 600 grams.

  • - Onions - one head.

  • - Green onions - 1-2 things.

  • - Milk - 500 milliliters.

  • - Hard cheese - 150 grams.

  • - Vegetable oil - 50 milliliters.

  • - Paprika, black pepper, salt and other spices to taste.

Instruction manual

1

To begin with, you should prepare the baking tins. They should be small in size, as for baking portioned cupcakes or puddings.

Each mold must be carefully lubricated with vegetable oil.

2

Finely chop the fish fillet or chop in a blender along with onions. Green onions (can be replaced with leek), finely chopped separately so that it does not turn into porridge, add salt, spices and seasonings to taste.

3

Cut the finished baguette across, in even rings, 3-4 cm wide, dip in milk for impregnation and squeeze. Put in prepared molds.

In each piece, make a deepening for the filling, insert and ram it with a spoon. Grease with mayonnaise.

4

Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes, then sprinkle with grated cheese and bake until tender 3-5 minutes.

Bon Appetit.
