Fish "on a lemon"
To prepare such a dish you will need a medium-sized fish, seasoning for fish, lemon and fresh herbs.
First you need to rinse the fish itself very well. Then clean it from the scales. The head and fins are cut off. After that, the fish is washed again. Leave it to dry.
Then put the washed and dried carcass of the fish on a cutting board. On the fish, make several transverse cuts.
After you finish this simple procedure, you need to wipe the fish with salt on both sides. You can use pepper seasoning to taste.
Pre-cover the foil with strips of lemon slices. On top lay the carcass of the fish itself, which was previously salted. You can add a slice of lemon to the cuts on the fish, if desired. Fill it all with fresh herbs and wrap in foil.
Then the fish in foil is placed on a baking sheet and put in the oven. It is necessary to preheat the oven to a maximum of two hundred degrees, after which put the dish there, and then the fish will start to bake evenly.
