Boiled beef salad with radish

Essential Ingredients:

- 500 grams of radish;

- 300 grams of lean beef;

- 2 onions;

- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;

- 2 chicken eggs;

- 100 grams of sour cream;

- greens of parsley or dill;

- salt;

- ground black pepper.

Boil beef until cooked, cool and cut into strips. Peel and grate the radish or cut into thin strips. Cut the peeled onion into rings and fry in olive oil until golden brown. Finely chop the fresh herbs.

Hard-boiled eggs and peel. Combine meat, radish and onions (along with frying oil) and greens. Salt, pepper and mix. Put the salad in a slide and pour sour cream on top. Decorate with halves of boiled eggs and sprigs of parsley and dill.

Smoked Beef Salad with Potatoes, Tomatoes and Bell Peppers

Essential Ingredients:

- 400 grams of potatoes;

- 400 grams of fresh tomatoes;

- 1 head of onion;

- 2 red bell peppers;

- 200 grams of smoked beef brisket;

- 250 grams of mayonnaise;

- fresh herbs;

- ground black pepper, salt - to taste.

Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and cut into circles (do not cut too thin, otherwise the potatoes will fall apart). Fresh tomatoes are also cut into circles. Cut sweet pepper and onion into rings, and smoked brisket into small thin slices (the thinner the meat is sliced, the richer the salad will taste).

Combine all ingredients, add mayonnaise, season and mix. Give the salad a little infusion, put in a salad bowl, decorate with herbs and serve.
