  • - 80 ml of olive oil;

  • - 10 g of basil;

  • - 1/3 tsp marjoram;

  • - salt.
  • For salad with meat:

  • - 500 g of beef or veal;

  • - 2 bell peppers;

  • - 1 purple onion;

  • - 10 small cherry tomatoes;

  • - 50 g lettuce;

  • - 3 cloves of garlic;

  • - 50 g of grated parmesan;

  • - vegetable oil;

  • - 1 tsp mixtures of dry spices (white pepper, parsley, paprika, mustard);

  • - salt.
  • For vegetarian salad:

  • - 3 small zucchini;

  • - 2 carrots;

  • - 1 large onion;

  • - 1 clove of garlic;

  • - 3 tbsp. ketchup and olive oil;

  • - 1/3 tsp ground black pepper;

  • - salt.

Warm salad with pasta and vegetables

Wash all vegetables and pat dry on a tray or paper towel. Cut the cherry tomatoes and olives in half lengthwise. Slice the peppers and zucchini into small cubes and fry in a small amount of olive oil over moderate heat with constant stirring until soft.

Throw the pasta into the salted water boiling in the pan and cook as much as indicated on the packaging instructions. Throw them in a colander, shake well and transfer to a deep salad bowl. Add fresh and cooked vegetables, grated garlic and diced sausage / ham.

Pour over the remaining olive oil, season with marjoram and chopped basil, salt to taste and mix gently. Serve the salad right away.

Warm salad with fried meat

Grind garlic in a special press or on a grater. Cut bell peppers in half rings. Heat the vegetable oil and drench both vegetables in it for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cut the beef / veal into long strips, sprinkle with a mixture of dry spices and knead by hand. Pour some more oil into the pan where the peppers were cooked and carefully heat so that the smoke goes. Quickly fry the meat so that all the pieces are covered with a crust, then reduce the temperature to a minimum and darken them until cooked.

Peel the onion and chop finely. Tear the salad with your fingers, leave the tomatoes whole. Put all the prepared ingredients in a deep plate, add salt, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and immediately bring to the table.

Vegetarian Warm Salad

Remove the peel and husk from the zucchini and onion and chop everything into cubes. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater or Korean appetizer.

Put onion and carrot slices in a saucepan with olive oil and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes, then put zucchini, chopped garlic and pour in ketchup. Cover the dishes, reduce the temperature to the lowest value and simmer the vegetables for 20 minutes.

Turn the heat on to make the salad ingredients a little brown. Pepper everything, salt and remove from the stove. Serve the dish or serve in one large bowl of flavored bread.

Useful advice

Better to take pasta from durum wheat.

Instead of beef, you can take turkey or chicken.

If desired, you can add a tomato to a vegetarian salad, after peeling it from the skin, 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
