  • Egg - 2 pcs;
  • Flour - about ½ cup;
  • Salt to taste.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • Minced meat - 300 g;
  • Onions - 1 pc;
  • Garlic - 3 cloves;
  • Dill - half a bunch;
  • Pepper;
  • Salt;
  • Sunflower oil.

Cooking:

  1. Rinse the potatoes in running water from dirt with a soft brush and cook in their skins. When the potatoes are boiled, pour cold water on it to cool faster. Peel the cooled potatoes. Twist the prepared potatoes in a meat grinder.
  2. Add eggs to the resulting mashed potatoes and salt. You can add soda to the dough on the tip of the knife, this gives the effect of some airiness, but you can do without soda. Mix everything well and start adding flour. When the dough turns into a homogeneous mass and stops sticking to your hands - enough flour.
  3. Peel and chop the onion in very small cubes, you can chop it in a blender, then the stuffing will be much juicier. Peel and chop the garlic with the help of the garlic. Add vegetables to the minced meat, pepper, salt to taste and mix well.
  4. Cut a small piece from the dough and knead it in a flat cake with your hands. Place minced meat in the middle of the cake and form a pie. In a frying pan heated with butter, spread potato cakes diced in flour and fry until cooked over medium heat, browning them.
  5. These pies can be served both hot and cold. They can come down as a main dish, if served with a salad of fresh vegetables, spicy salad from Korean cuisine or just boiled green beans.
