When preparing these cookies, the first snowflakes flew from the sky outside the window. We were so happy, immediately jumped out onto the balcony, our cat Vaska with dazed eyes looked at us, not daring to leave the room. In general, while my daughter and I had fun, our cookies almost burned. Have time at the last moment! And it turned out very tasty!

- - 1 pack of butter (200 g),
- - half a glass of powdered sugar,
- - 250 g pancake flour,
- - zest of 1 orange,
- - finished sugar sprinkling.

Beat melted butter, add powdered sugar and grated orange zest, mix. Add pancake flour (unlike usual, such flour already contains baking powder in the composition), as well as salt and egg powder. Form small balls from the resulting dough, then flatten them and put them on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and parchment.

Part of the test can be separated and add 2 tsp. cocoa powder - this way you will immediately get 2 types of cookies, light and chocolate. You can roll biscuits coated with syrup in almond flakes or other crushed nuts.

Bake at 190 degrees until golden brown. Remove the finished cookies from the oven and remove from the pan with parchment. You can separate products from paper when they cool. Grease the cookies with syrup from above (2 tbsp. L. Sugar mixed with water and boil until the grains dissolve) and then roll them in sugar sprinkle.
