Step-by-step cooking process

Peel the meat from the veins and rinse in running water, dry it with napkins. Cut the pork into portioned slices, salt, pepper, stuff with garlic cloves. Season the meat with thyme and let it marinate for 1 hour.

Rinse and peel the potatoes, cut them into 1 cm thick mugs, add sour cream to them and mix so that each piece is coated with it. Put the potatoes on the foil. Using foil, the juiciness of the products is preserved.

Place pieces of meat on top of the potatoes, pour the juice from the marinade there. Wrap the foil tightly, squeeze the packaging so that the rest of the air comes out of it. Put the foil bag on a baking sheet and place in the oven to bake for 40 minutes at 220 ° C.

You will need:

  • beef - 700 g;

  • champignons - 500 g;

  • potatoes - 1 kg;

Step-by-step cooking process

Remove the veins from the beef, rinse the piece and dry with paper towels. Cut the meat into layers up to 2 cm thick, cover with plastic wrap, beat off with a hammer. You can sprinkle with a little dry red wine, then sprinkle pieces of meat with salt and pepper, other seasonings to taste. Leave the beef for a while to marinate.

Rinse the potatoes and peel them, divide them into slices up to 1.5 cm thick. Peel, rinse, rinse, dry with napkins and chop with thin plates.

Chop the onions in half rings and fry in oil until golden brown, add mushrooms to it, also fry until brown, at the end of the process, salt and pepper everything.

You will need:

  • beef with layers of fat - 400 g;

  • potatoes - 800 g;

  • garlic - 5 cloves;

  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.;

  • tomatoes - 3 pcs.;

  • vegetable oil;

  • leaf of parsley, salt, paprika, black pepper, greens.

Cooking process step by step

Rinse the beef, cut into small cubes 2 by 2 cm, put in a pan with warmed vegetable oil. Quickly fry the pieces, turning over immediately after the appearance of a golden crust.

Peel the onion, chop finely, put to the meat. Fry together until the onions soften. Peel and grate the carrots with a straw on a grater, add to the pan, mix. Free bell pepper from seeds and cut into strips, chop the cloves of garlic and tomatoes.

Put all the sliced ​​vegetables to the meat, mix, season with pepper, paprika, salt to taste. Cook over medium heat all together for another 10 minutes. Then distribute the fried meat and vegetables in pots.
