Braised chicken with boiled buckwheat - a dish that can be prepared for any family dinner. It is quickly cooked in a slow cooker and does not require special material costs. If there is no multicooker, then you can cook all the ingredients on the stove.

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts;
  • 10 cherry tomatoes;
  • 1 teaspoon of chili sauce;
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce;
  • 2 pinches of cayenne pepper;
  • 3 pinches of curry;
  • ½ onion;
  • olive oil.

Garnish ingredients (based on 2 servings):

  • 140 g of buckwheat flakes;
  • 2 pinches of salt;
  • 400 ml of water.

Additional ingredients (based on 2 servings):

  • 2 carrots;
  • 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise;
  • 2 ripe tomatoes;
  • salt and black pepper.

Cooking:

  1. Peel the onion and cut into a small cube.
  2. Rinse the breasts under water, remove the skin, cut into medium cubes and put in any bowl. Then pour with soy sauce and chili sauce, season with curry, add onion cubes. Mix hands until product is evenly distributed.
  3. Add olive oil to the capacity of the multicooker, and put the cubes of the chicken into the oil. Cover the contents of the multicooker with a lid and set the cooking mode for 5 minutes, then open the lid and cook in the same mode for another 5 minutes.
  4. After this time, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add to the slow cooker to the chicken. Mix everything, cover and cook for 25 minutes, turning on the "quenching" mode.
  5. Pour buckwheat flakes into a saucepan, add water, season with salt and simmer until cooked.
  6. Turn off the finished buckwheat, hold for 5-10 minutes under the lid, then portionwise arrange on plates.
  7. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly, chop them into slices and put on boiled buckwheat.
  8. Peel, wash, grind both carrots with a large cell and put in a salad bowl. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise to them, mix everything thoroughly, divide into two parts and put in buckwheat plates.
  9. After that, add the pieces of stew, and pour the buckwheat with juicy and tender gravy from under the meat.
  10. Ready chicken with buckwheat porridge and vegetables immediately serve with your favorite bread!
