You will need

- - 200 ml of milk;
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - 15 berries of strawberries;

Beat one egg, gradually introduce sugar into it, whisk until a snow-white mass is obtained. Add softened margarine to the mass, pour in the milk. Mix flour with baking powder for dough, add to dough, whisk. Leave some of the flour - roll candied melon, pineapple and papaya in it. You can replace it with any candied citrus fruits - it also turns out delicious. Add candied fruit in flour to the dough, mix until smooth. your dough should not turn out thick, by consistency it will resemble 10-15% sour cream.

Prepare a baking dish - grease it with oil, sprinkle with semolina or flour. You can take a silicone mold - the pie will move away from it even easier. Put half the dough into the mold, spread with a spatula over its entire surface.

Rinse fresh strawberries, dry on a paper towel. Cut each berry in half. If your strawberry is very large, then cut it lengthwise into 3 or 4 pieces. Put the strawberries in a spiral, filling it with all the dough.

Put the rest of the dough on top of the strawberries, spread gently with a spatula. Bake at 190 degrees. After 10-15 minutes, check - if browned on top - cover with a sheet of foil, bake until cooked. So strawberry biscuit cake with exotic candied fruits is baked for 40 minutes. Cool completely, sprinkle with powdered sugar, garnish with fresh strawberries.
