Homemade dumplings are much tastier than store dumplings - this fact is beyond doubt. But in order to make them blind, you need to cook not only delicious minced meat, but also make the right dough - tight, flexible, not sticky to your hands and, at the same time, firmly fastened (so as not to fall apart).

You will need

  • - Flour - 0.5 kg;

  • - Eggs - 4 pcs.;

  • - Salt - 0.5 tsp;

  • - Water - 1 tbsp.;

  • - Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon.

The first step is to sift the flour. You need to do this in order to make the dough more airy.

Pour it into the cup in which you will knead. In the middle of the formed slide, use a fork or just make a small depression with your hands.

Break eggs one by one. Pour their contents into this recess. Stir with a fork so that a lump of dough is already formed, a little liquid in appearance.

Salt, dilute with water, add vegetable oil. Now that all the ingredients have been added, it remains to knead the dough. To do this, collect the flour from the sides.

As soon as the dough turns into a lump, it should be laid out on a table sprinkled with flour, covered first with an ordinary bag, and then with a towel (you can remove it in a dark place). Leave on for 15 minutes. Remove, knead and hide again under the "blanket".

After another 15 minutes, the dough needs to be taken out and kneaded until it stops sticking to your hands. Thanks to two alternating mixtures, you will be able to do this very quickly. That's all. Now it remains only to cook delicious minced meat and stick dumplings.

To create a dough, it is better to take olive oil. But the usual, vegetable is also suitable.

Useful advice

Vegetable oil in dumplings dough can, of course, not be added. But it allows you to make it more elastic.
