- 200 ml of fat cream;

- 30 g of butter;

- 200 g of sugar;

- 2 tbsp honey;

- vegetable oil.

Combine all components except vegetable oil in a small enameled saucepan. While stirring constantly, cook this mixture for 25 minutes until it acquires a caramel color.

Pour the finished mass into a plate and let cool to room temperature. The cooled caramel has softness and plasticity, now it is possible to form toffee from it with the help of molds smeared with vegetable oil. Ready-made sweets can be chilled in the refrigerator and served with tea.

Toffee can contain various additives, such as cinnamon, vanilla, fried almonds. For the preparation of almond toffee, you will need the following ingredients:

- 1 tbsp. Sahara;

- 100 g butter;

- 100 g of almonds;

- 2 tsp water;

- salt on the tip of a knife.

Combine butter, sugar, salt and water in a saucepan. Melt the resulting mixture over low heat, then cook, stirring, for 5 minutes. Next, pour the crushed almonds into the pan and keep the same amount on the fire. After this, pour the mass into molds, cool and clean for an hour in the refrigerator.
