Salvation from the dominance of food "chemistry" must be sought in water - the only product whose composition has not yet been changed by man. But not in the dead tap, but in the living - thawed. Meltwater has a structure similar to that of a human cell, and therefore is perceived by the human body as a related product. In addition, melt water has a huge energy potential, generously sharing its energy with people.

Instruction manual

1

Making melt water is pretty simple. You will need large plastic containers for food (easy to find in any store of manufactured goods), which must certainly be equipped with a lid. Buy non-carbonated bottled water or pass a tap through the filter. The amount of water is 1.5 liters. Pour it into a container and put it in the freezer of the refrigerator.

2

Wait until the water is covered with a thin crust of ice - literally 1-1.5 millimeters thick. Remove and discard this crust - it contains severe harmful compounds.

3

Return the water container to the freezer and wait until the water freezes by about half the volume (you will have to experimentally find the freezing time for a certain volume, but, as a rule, it is 8-10 hours for 1.5 liters of water).

4

Drain the unfrozen "heavy" water (it contains all the "chemistry", harmful substances, impurities), and leave the ice to melt. Use melt water whenever you are thirsty. If there are health problems, melt water should be drunk on an empty stomach - in the morning and also in the evening. After taking it, you can’t eat for an hour.

Useful advice

Melt melt is good as a component of the massage mixture. Massage with a "normal" normalizes sleep, relieves pain, restores skin firmness and elasticity. Rinsing the mouth with this mixture will relieve periodontal disease and bleeding gums. The mixture is made as follows: in 0.3 l of melt water, dilute 1 teaspoon of natural fruit vinegar and rock salt (you can replace sea salt).
