Pour water into a large saucepan, put ginseng and set simmer for 4 hours. Then remove the ginseng. Serve the tea hot. You can store it in the refrigerator and use it as a natural energetic after preheating.

Put a tablespoon of chopped ginseng in a teapot. Add a few rose petals. Pour boiled (but not boiling!) Water into the kettle. Let the tea brew for at least 5 minutes. Pour into cups and serve.

Slice the pork into small pieces. Pour boiling water for 5 minutes. Finely chop the ginseng roots. Boil water in a saucepan and add all the ingredients. Bring to a boil again and cook until the meat is cooked. Salt to taste before serving.
