- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil

- Peanut butter for frying

Rinse the chicken wings under cool running water and dry dry with a paper towel.

Beat eggs lightly in a small bowl.
