Shrimp Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

- 500 g of potatoes;

- 250 g of boiled shrimp;

- 250 ml of mayonnaise;

- 2 eggs;

Grease a form or a frying pan with oil, put potato slices in it, peeled shrimps (alternating), salt. Mix mayonnaise with a little water, pour potatoes on it.

Beat raw eggs, fill them with shrimp potatoes, bake at 200 degrees 40 minutes. Before serving, cut into portioned slices and shape with fresh herbs.

Potato Casserole with Sauerkraut Recipe

Ingredients:

- 500 g of sauerkraut;

- 500 g of potatoes;

- 350 g of cooked smoked loin;

- 250 ml of sour cream;

- 130 ml of milk, the same amount of white wine;

- 100 g of onion;

- vegetable oil, dill, parsley, spices.

Peel the potatoes, boil in salt water, prepare mashed potatoes in milk from it. Cut the onions into rings, the loin into cubes, mix together and fry in butter, season with salt and pepper. Pour in the wine, simmer for ten minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, lay in the form layers of loin, mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, grease with sour cream, sprinkle with spices, bake until cooked. Decorate the finished potato casserole with fresh herbs, serve hot.
