Put the minced meat in a large bowl. Grind onions, garlic and parsley, mix with meat. Rub the carrots on a fine grater, mix it with the egg and add to the minced meat. Salt, pepper, pour 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and mix the meat very well with all the ingredients. Close the bowl with foil and briefly put it in the refrigerator.

At this time, we prepare the sauce: in olive oil, fry the chopped vegetables - onions, garlic, red pepper, leeks and carrots. Salt and pepper. As soon as the vegetables change color, fill them with wine, mix and let it evaporate a little. We close the future sauce with a lid and simmer for 40 minutes on minimum heat. If necessary, add some water or meat broth. Grind the sauce in a blender, return to the pan and cook another 10 minutes.

We take the meat out of the refrigerator, in a pan we heat a sufficient amount of olive oil. We form meatballs, slightly roll them in breadcrumbs and send them to the pan. We take out the finished meatballs with a slotted spoon and put it on paper so that the glass has excess oil.
