Put the steaks in a deep plate, cover and put in the refrigerator. They should be pickled for at least 2 hours, ideally 3-4 hours. Take them half an hour before cooking, so that they reach room temperature - then the steaks will not cringe in the pan.

Using a dry cloth, remove all mustard from the steaks and add a little salt to them. Then put them on a hot frying pan, cover and fry on high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.. Thanks to the mustard marinade this time is enough to cook a well-fried and at the same time juicy steak.
