The easiest way to cook suluguni is to simply fry it without any fancy. To do this, cut the cheese in portions with a thickness of at least a centimeter. Roll the pieces in flour. Quickly fry the cheese in preheated vegetable oil, first on one side and then on the other side. Before serving, sprinkle suluguni with dill, cilantro or parsley.

If you have time, you can cook suluguni in batter. To do this, cut the cheese into slices one and a half centimeters thick and put in the freezer for an hour. Make a batter from one egg, five tablespoons of flour and beer. Add enough beer so that the batter has a consistency of not very thick sour cream. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil well. Roll frozen cheese slices in flour, dip in batter and fry on both sides in a heated skillet. Serve sprinkled with chopped herbs.

For a change, you can cook a simple version of fried suluguni with sauce. To prepare this dish, cut the cheese into slices two centimeters thick. Beat the raw egg. Roll the suluguni in flour, in a beaten egg and again in flour. Heat a frying pan and quickly fry the cheese in vegetable oil so that it does not have time to spread. Before serving, pour the fried suluguni with a sauce of thick tomato juice, sweet bell pepper and chopped herbs.

This method of cooking suluguni will require a little more time. Defrost puff yeast dough. Put both layers on a cutting board and roll. Put one layer of dough in a greased frying pan. Grate four hundred grams of suluguni on a coarse grater. Beat four eggs into the grated cheese, add the crushed clove of garlic. Spread the filling evenly on the dough. Paste the second layer of dough with a fork, put on top of the cheese and pinch the edges of the pie. Bake in a preheated oven for half an hour.
