You will need
Squid carcasses - 150 grams, six medium potatoes, 1 large head of onion, 10 grams of green peas, crab meat - 20 grams, half a glass of mayonnaise, green onions, green lettuce, dill or parsley.

Frozen squid carcasses with skin are first thawed in cold running water. Then remove the chitin plates and lower them into water heated to 65oC for four minutes. Remove the skin with a brush and rinse very well, then lower the fillet in boiling water, previously salted, and cook for 6 minutes after the water boils. Water for boiling squid is taken at the rate of 3 liters per 1 kilogram of squid. We take out the boiled fillet and cool to room temperature.

Cut the squid into short strips. Cut the boiled potatoes into thin slices, finely chop the crab meat, chop the onion.

We combine all the ingredients and season with mayonnaise or dressing. Mix very carefully.

We decorate the salad with squid slices and green lettuce leaves. You can also garnish with finely chopped fresh cucumber and herbs.
note
Parsley and dill should be cut, but not chopped. In this case, a large number of aromatic and flavoring substances is retained.
