You will need

  • - 2 glasses of boiled and cooled rice,

  • - 180 g of shrimp,

  • - 20 g of onion,

  • - 15 g lettuce or Beijing cabbage,

  • - 2 cloves of garlic,

  • - 1 egg

  • - 10 ml of soy sauce,

  • - 10 ml of oyster sauce,

  • - sugar to taste,

  • - 20 g of vegetable oil,

  • - 20 g of green onions,

  • - 30 g of lime

  • - ground black pepper to taste.

Peel the prawns until fillet. Grind garlic cloves with a knife. Chop the peeled bulb thinly along. Rinse the green onion feathers well, dry them, chop finely. Cut lettuce strips (approximate thickness 1 cm).

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry chopped garlic in oil for 15 seconds until a pleasant aroma appears. Then add the peeled shrimp to the garlic pan, continue to fry for another 30 seconds.

Divide the rice into two parts. Put the first portion of rice in a shrimp pan, fry for ten seconds. Move the rice and shrimp to one side of the pan, break the egg into the empty space. Stir the egg and fry it for five seconds. Then mix the egg with rice and shrimp, continue to fry for 20 seconds. After put the second part of the rice in the pan, mix.

Pour in soy and oyster sauce in rice, add a little sugar (about a pinch if desired), fry for two minutes with constant stirring. Then add salad and onions to the pan, fry for 30 seconds.

Remove rice from heat, add chopped green onions, mix, arrange in portions, garnish with lime and serve (sprinkle with black pepper, if desired).
