Cut onions and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add the products to the minced meat and mix. Salt and pepper. Put in the refrigerator. Peel fresh mushrooms, rinse and chop finely. Heat a frying pan with a little vegetable oil. Sauté the mushrooms until cooked. Salt to taste. Make a small cake out of minced meat. Put the mushroom stuffing in the middle. Top with minced meat. Form a cutlet. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Put ready cutlets on a baking sheet and pour tomato sauce on top. To do this, cut onions in half rings and fry. Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Put onion with fried mushrooms. Dilute the tomato paste in water and pour in the vegetables.
