Peking Salad with Fennel

You will need:

- cabbage - 0.3 kg;

- red onion - 1 pc;

- fennel - 1 small bunch;

- salt;

- vegetable oil.

We wash the cabbage and chop the thin straws, finely chop the fennel. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. We spread the ingredients in a salad bowl, slightly add salt, season with vegetable oil, mix and serve.

Corn and Orange Salad

You will need:

- Beijing cabbage - 300 g;

- orange - 1/2 pc;

- green onions - 1 bunch;

- canned corn - 1/2 cans;

- soy sauce - 1 tsp;

- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Finely chop the cabbage, pour into a bowl, add chopped green onions and canned corn. Peel the orange and cut into small pieces, pour it to the rest of the ingredients. We make dressing from soy sauce and sunflower oil, pour it into a salad and mix thoroughly.

Mushroom salad

You will need:

- cabbage - 300 g;

- mushrooms - 200 g;

- onions - 1 pc;

- tomato - 2 pcs;

- vinegar 9% - 2 tbsp;

- sugar - 1 tsp;

- 1/3 tsp salt

Finely chop the mushrooms and pour boiling water for 5-10 minutes. While the mushrooms blanch, we prepare the marinade, for this we dissolve salt and sugar in vinegar. We discard the finished mushrooms in a colander and let the liquid drain, then transfer them to a bowl and pour the marinade. We cut cabbage into thin strips, tomatoes into cubes. We clean the onion and cut into very thin half rings.

Lay out in a salad bowl in layers: 2/3 of cabbage - tomatoes - onions - mushrooms with marinade (it will be dressing salad) - the remaining third of cabbage. Serve chilled to the table.
