Cut the meat into small cubes. Cut the onion rings, grate the carrots on a grater in the form of straws. Cut the tomatoes into several parts, bell pepper - in half rings.

Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the meat. In the fat that remains after the meat, fry the vegetables and onions. Pour the broth into the resulting mass and simmer everything over low heat for 5 minutes.

Add meat and green peas to the vegetable mixture. Mix everything thoroughly and simmer for 8 minutes over low heat, covering the pan with a lid.

Before serving, you can decorate the dish with thin slices of lemon, sour cream, herbs or sauce. To make the taste of vegetable assortment original, you can sprinkle it with lemon juice.
