Put chopped ginger and garlic in a cup, pour two tablespoons of soy sauce, two tablespoons of cognac, add a little paprika and ground black pepper. Chicken marinade is ready.

Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the meat until golden.

Pour the fried meat with marinade, leave for ten minutes. During this time, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
