You will need
- - 4 cups flour

Pour the flour into a bowl. Rinse and dry the greens well. Stir in granulated sugar and warm yeast in warm water. Put aside.

Finely chop the greens, pour the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the peel, remove the seeds and chop finely.

In the flour in the center, make a hole, pour in the yeast and butter. Knead, gradually grabbing flour from the edges.

Add tomatoes, dried mint and basil, parsley with dill, salt, and optionally add chili peppers.

Knead the dough well, periodically lubricating the hands with oil. The dough will become sticky, but no longer need to add flour.

Cover the dough with a towel and leave it in a warm place for an hour. The dough will double in an hour.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Lay out the dough, form a bread of any shape. When forming bread, you need to grease your hands with butter. If you want, you can sprinkle bread with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

When the bread is ready, put it on the wire rack, cover with a towel and let it cool. When the bread has cooled, it will be easy to cut.
