You will need
- - 300 ml of beef broth;
- - 20 g of flower honey;
- - 1.2 kg of beef;
- - 2 pcs. medium onions;
- - a pinch of crushed ginger;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of corn starch;
- - 120 ml of light beer;
- - salt to taste.

Wash the beef, put in a pan, pour cold water and bring to a boil. After that, salt, reduce heat and simmer until it becomes soft. Remove, cool and cut into small pieces, as for goulash.

Peel the onion and cut into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add light beer, ginger and simmer for about 3 minutes.

Pour 2/3 of the hot stock into the pan and add salt. After 5 minutes, put the flower honey in the sauce, stir and simmer another 5 minutes. 3 minutes before the end of cooking, stir the remaining cold broth with starch and mix it in a thickening sauce.
