  • - 80 g of dry white wine;

  • - 10 g of turmeric;

  • - 15 ml of sunflower oil;

  • - 100 ml of low-fat cream;

  • - 5 ml of olive oil;

  • - 1 g of fresh razmarin;

  • - 5 g of pink pepper peas;

  • - 1 g of dry thyme;

  • - 1 g of dry garlic;

  • - salt to taste.

First of all, prepare aromatic oil for the dish. Ideally, he needs a few hours to properly brew, but you can cook it before serving, from which it will not be less tasty. In a small cup, preferably a glass, mix 5 ml of olive oil and 5 ml of sunflower oil. Stir and add fresh rosemary. Then pink pepper, thyme and garlic. Thoroughly mix the mixture, pour into a small frying pan and stirring constantly, bring to a boil, remove from the stove and let cool. Put in a cool place so that the mixture is infused.

Next, prepare a gentle creamy sauce for fish. To do this, wash and peel the onions. Cut the onions with feathers as thin as possible and fry until golden in vegetable oil. Slowly add wine, then cream, stirring to bring to a boil. Then slightly reduce the heat on the stove and simmer for 10-15 minutes sauce. Stir the mixture so that it does not burn. Remove the sauce from the stove and add turmeric and lemon fresh, salt to your taste. Strain through a small sieve or cheesecloth sauce into a small bowl.

To prepare the steak itself, it is better to take fresh pink salmon. If you take frozen, thaw it properly before cooking. Fry salmon by lightly salting in aromatic oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. Transfer to a leaf, add lemon fresh and bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes at 180 degrees. Heat the chicken stock and mix it with the creamy sauce. Pour the sauce on a wide plate with the edges, spread the spinach leaves and put the finished salmon steak.
