How many housewives in the world - so many recipes for cooking potatoes! I will share the recipe for my signature dish, which always takes its rightful place on the festive table.

Its main advantage is that it is prepared in a matter of minutes, which, as a rule, is very important in pre-holiday time pressure. But, of course, preliminary preparation is needed here - it can be carried out at least a month before the holiday. So, let's get down to business.

1. The stage of preliminary preparation. Wash and peel the potatoes. With a sharp knife, we apply a lattice pattern to each potato on one side (longitudinal and transverse lines, at a distance of about half a centimeter from each other), cutting a tuber 1-1.5 centimeters. We lay the potatoes in boiling salted water and cook at high boil for about 6-8 minutes until half cooked. Drain the water. Tubers should remain solid (undercooked) and not fall apart. We put the potatoes in a container or tray for freezing, cool and put them in the freezer. This is the blank for our dish. Now, at the right time, we can quickly bring the potatoes to readiness.

2. The stage of preparation. We take out the frozen potatoes, put them on the grill pattern up in a baking dish, greased with butter. Put a piece of butter on top of each tuber. We put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes (or set our mode depending on the technical capabilities of the stove; for example, I set the combi-mode convection 200 degrees + 350 microwaves for 15 minutes). The potato should be baked until golden brown. Before serving, it should be a little salt, you can sprinkle with dill.

In my freezer there is always such a blank of potatoes - I am not afraid of unexpected guests!
