A dish cooked in a slow cooker is more dietary. Thanks to the non-stick coating of the pan, you do not have to add a lot of oil. In addition, food is cooked faster, which means that foods retain more nutrients.

Turkey in a mustard sauce in a slow cooker. Original recipe

The turkey is fatter than chicken, so it’s better to use a skin-free breast for cooking. Then the dish will turn out dietary. Before you put the bird in the multicooker, you need to marinate the pieces. Turkey meat is tender enough, so 30-40 minutes are enough to soak it in the sauce. To pickle 1 kg of poultry, you will need:

- sour cream (200 g);

- mustard (2 tablespoons);

- soy sauce (1 tablespoon);

- seasonings, salt, pepper (to taste).

If you want to cook rice or buckwheat for a side dish, pour the groats into the slow cooker and add water. And place the turkey slices on top, on a steaming pan. So you cook two delicious dishes at once.

Combine the marinade ingredients together and grate the turkey. Process the slices on all sides, rubbing the marinade slightly into the meat. Put in a glass dish and close the lid. After the bird has been sufficiently saturated with the marinade, turn the multicooker into the "Stew" mode and place the slices in a pan. It is not necessary to lubricate it with oil, sour cream will not let the turkey burn. At the same time as a bird, you can put a side dish in a slow cooker - corn, cauliflower, broccoli. All this is perfectly cooked and soaked in delicious marinade.
