You will need
- - chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
- - cream 33% - 200 ml;
- - granulated sugar - 100 g;
- - raspberries - 150 g;
- - vanillin - on the tip of a knife.

Before eating, be sure to rinse the eggs in running water. Breaking eggs one at a time, separate the yolks from the proteins in different containers. Use proteins for other dishes.

Beat the yolks with a mixer. When whipping, add granulated sugar. To obtain a more lush mass, sugar can first be ground into powdered sugar in a coffee grinder. If there is no mixer, use a whisk or an ordinary fork to whip. Mix vanillin or vanilla sugar with sugar.

Keep the cream in the refrigerator before use. Then drain into a separate deep container. Beat until stable foam at high mixer speeds. Combine the whipped cream with the yolk mass.

Sort the berries of raspberries, wash, leave in a colander. As soon as the excess liquid has merged, gently mix the berries with the general composition.

Prepare any convenient shape for the future dessert. Cover it with cling film with some margin around the edges. Pour the mass of semifredo into the form, flatten.

Install the semi-finished product in the freezer of the refrigerator. Leave to solidify. Prepare a traditional Italian dessert, semifredo with raspberries, divide into portions. Put on a dish, decorate with berries and serve as a dessert.

Vanillin can be replaced with vanilla sugar in an amount of 10 grams. For dessert, any berries, nuts and cookies are suitable.
